Today's article in the Daily Inter Lake, "Sound of Silence" was well-timed. I was awakened before 7:00 AM by
a plane flying low laps northwest of town. I live on the northwest edge of town (Summit Ridge Drive), and did
not enjoy being awakened at this early hour, much less on a Sunday. It appears that the complaints of noise
have driven the flight training out to our end of town. This plane flew continuous low laps from about 6:45 to
8:30 AM today. This is ridiculous. What can I do to get this to stop? I would like to have no more repeats of
this.
