Dear Mr. Thomas,
Thank you for the opportunity to speak about your airport hanger and the chance to consider
your offer to purchase your hanger. As you are aware, Mr. Leistiko, the Airport Manager, toured
your hanger. We appreciate your making the hanger available to us to purchase, but
unfortunately we do not have a need for your hanger.
Your hanger still needs to be removed from airport property. I realize that another month has
lapsed without knowing if the City had an interest in your hanger. Therefore, you will have until
the end of July to move the hanger from the airport. If we do find someone interested in
purchasing the hanger and relocating it, we will notify you.
