• All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard
practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be excecuted upon written orders
and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accedents, weather,
or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, natural disaster and other necessary insurances. Our workers are fully
covered by Workman's Compensation Insurance. We are not responsible for any hazardous materials encountered on this
project.
Payment Terms: Acceptance of Proposal: The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. You are
authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made within 15 days of monthly billing date. In the event I do not pay
for the labor and materials within 30 days of monthly billing date, I agree to Pay Goose Bay Equipment, Inc. the maximum
amount of interest allowable under Montana Law, not to exceed one and one-half percent (1 1/2%) per month. In the event a
dispute arises over payment of the labor and material under this proposal, or any other terms of the proposal, I agree to pay
the attorney's fees and/or collection fees incurred by Goose Bay Equipment, Inc., if GBE is successfull in any such dispute.
