Dear Mrs. Monk:
The Kalispell City Airport is ready to proceed with the acquisition of the
necessary property for the expansion of the airport. This process will be
guided by Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 24, since this is a
federally sponsored project.
You have approximately 10.65 adjacent to the current City property that will
need to be acquired by the City of Kalispell. This is vacant land that is
currently in Flathead County.
Please advise me if you will be handling this project yourself, or do you have
an attorney who will be dealing with it.
