1. The contract will be a Task Order Contract with each task order detailing the scope of work
for that task.
2. Each task order will specify the related costs and cost estimates associated with the task
order.
3. All task orders will be signed by the City Manager and the Airport Manager before
execution.
4. The Termination clause, 30 days written notice, will specify task order completion is a must
*n all task orders approved to date.
