Sorensen, Chairman Rebekah Wargo, Asst. Civil Engineer Kathy Kuhlin, Recording Secretary HEAR THE PUBLIC: None. PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None. OLD BUSINESS: None. NEW BUSINESS: None. PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Depot Place - Sparrow Group — Jentz and Conrad spoke with the developer yesterday. He was advised about the conditions that will be attached to the CUP. They discussed putting in an additional hydrant on the north side. Also, the sewer issue with the 6" main line was discussed for use with the 40-unit apartment building but is not going to work with their next phase. Sean will send the discussion on water/sewer/stormwater and then the streets to Public Works. The 3rd Ave EN curb cuts were also discussed with him, along with the improvements on East Center Street to include sidewalk and an Eagle Transit turnout for a bus. This is scheduled for the July Planning Board meeting, and tentatively an August 6th City Council meeting. The building reorientation ideas were also discussed, but getting the parking, including quantity of spaces, was difficult to do. They would like to keep Phase I the way it is with the patio area on the west side. Phase II probably won't happen for two years, but he would like to discuss reorienting that building. OTHER REPORTS: Ashley Square — submitting one or two additional permits here. They did not final off some of the exterior work they did, including: Some site conditions, mostly zoning items that were attached to it, and lighting issues. Any lingering items that are still "out there" need to be addressed prior to them receiving their permit. South Meadows Flood Plain Permit — DNRC gave their sign -off. Sorensen sent out the notice, and the comment period runs through July 2. This cannot be issued until he receives a copy of the Fish and Wildlife Permit. The meeting was adjourned at 10:15 a.m.
