A RESOLUTION ION APPROVING THE PLACEMENTS of STOP SIGNS ON 8TH AVENUE
WEST AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH 5TH STREET WEST AND DECLARING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL F THE CITY of KA ISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That vehicles, including motor vehicles, bicycles, or other vehicles shall be
required to stop in the north and south bound lanes of 8thAvenue West at its
intersection with 5th Street West.
SECTION 11. The Chief of Police 1s authorized and directed to erect stop signs at the above
location..
SECTION ION Ill. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage by the
City Council and approval by the Mayor.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND SIGNED BY THE MAYOR OF THE
CITY of KALISPELL, THIS 3RD DAY OF OCTOBER, 2005.
