HEAR THE PUBLIC: None.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None.
OLD BUSINESS: None.
NEW BUSINESS: Alpine Dental — 101 Westview Park Place; new dental building — no further
discussion since last week. Fire has viewed the project and will sign off. Conrad will check with
Public Works and Parks to see if they are ready to sign off also.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Conrad stated there is nothing for the April Planning Board
Meeting. They will continue to discuss their Growth Policy Update.
OTHER REPORTS: The "North Star Institute" project on Hwy 93 N and the Farnham
Annexation on Three Mile Drive are both going to Council on Monday.
Freyholtz mentioned that the contractor will begin the west side Idaho Street project on April 9th. It
will take approximately one month to complete. MDT will be having a public meeting next Friday to
discuss the project with Police and Fire.
