PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Conrad stated there is nothing for the April Planning Board
Meeting. They will continue to discuss their Growth Policy Update.
OTHER REPORTS: Alpine Family Dental — North Meridian and Westview Park Place, north of
UPS and Eye Hear. Gary Wardell is the contractor. We have received a partial set of plans for a
dental office. They are missing a lot of structural information. No landscaping plan or lighting plan.
They have a drive-thru drop-off area and vestibule, and there is a garden patio in the back. There is a
cul-de-sac, and fire hydrants are already in place in this development area. There will be retaining
walls around the building. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Spring Prairie Phase 3/Kohl's — Hwy 93 N — TD&H are putting together the final plat application
for Spring Prairie. They will still need to go through Architectural Review.
F.V.C.C. — along with CTA are planning to begin construction on their new nursing building in the
next month. They will be claiming agency exemption. They will need to do a boundary line
adjustment or get rid of the property line.
