03-15-12 Site Review MinutesSITE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE SUMMARY Thursday, March 15, 2012 Lower Level Main Conference Room 201 First Avenue East ATTENDING: Jeff Clawson, Building Official Sean Conrad, Senior Planner Mark Crowley, Construction Manager Chad Fincher, Parks Superintendent Rebekah Wargo, Asst. Civil Engineer P.J. Sorensen, Chairman Kathy Kuhlin, Recording Secretary HEAR THE PUBLIC: None. PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None. OLD BUSINESS: Spring Prairie Phase 3/Kohl's — Hwy 93 N — Fincher stated Parks is ready to sign -off on this project. They have received the revisions from Kohl's and are approved. Project approved by site review. NEW BUSINESS: Westview Park Place — North Meridian, north of UPS — Eye Hear is in this complex. Gary Wardell is the contractor. This building will be a dentist office. This will be submitted before next week's meeting. Fincher mentioned that there is a Developer's Agreement for this complex. PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Conrad stated there is nothing for the April Planning Board Meeting. They will continue to discuss their Growth Policy Update. There is a property at the end of 4t" Avenue West that has a house and garage on it presently. Owner is thinking about doing a subdivision there. Conrad stated that he may come in with a subdivision application. Crowley and Wargo noted that he did come in yesterday to discuss utilities with Public Works. The Mile High Court (Violence Free Crisis Line) Subdivision is going to Council on Monday for consideration of reducing their Subdivision Improvement Agreement which would include them not having to do the improvements to the east side of Denver Avenue. If Council approves this, the permit will be issued Tuesday morning. Also, if approved, the only remaining outstanding issue is that they will need to put up a mailbox unit. Lapp will come in with either a Cashier's Check or a Letter of Credit to cover that amount. Crowley noted that most mailbox units are not ADA accessible and probably should be. Conrad stated that it is required in the new Subdivision Standards. OTHER REPORTS: None. The meeting was adjourned at 10:10 a.m.
