HEAR THE PUBLIC: None.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None.
OLD BUSINESS: Spring Prairie Phase 3/Kohl's — Hwy 93 N — Fincher stated they will be
submitting two sets of revised landscape plan this week. Public Works plans were approved by the
Public Works director.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Conrad is still working on the "North Star Institute" project on
Hwy 93 N regarding their parking and their potential future ROW, and on the Farnham Annexation
on Three Mile Drive.
OTHER REPORTS: Sorensen mentioned there is a pie -shaped lot on Blue Crest Drive and Blue
Herron. The lot's full 70' width cannot be established until almost the back of the lot, so we are
giving them an Administrative Adjustment to reduce the width. That way the house will line up better
with the surrounding houses and will not need to be all the way back on the lot.
