A RESOLUTION SETTING THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION FOR THE BID (Business
Improvement District) OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, AS SET FORTH IN
THE 2005-2006 BUDGET ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL.
SECTION I. That the annual appropriations for the Business Improvement District of the City of
Kalispell, Montana are hereby fixed as follows:
BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT $ 75,078
SECTION IL The Business Improvement District Board of Directors is hereby authorized
to transfer any part of an unencumbered balance of an appropriation to a
purpose or object for which the appropriation for the current year is
insufficient or to transfer between items appropriated within the fund.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND SIGNED BY THE MAYOR OF THE
CITY OF KALISPELL, THIS I5TH DAY OF AUGUST, 2005
