A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA, AS SET FORTH IN THE 2004-2005 BUDGET ADOPTED BY
THE CITY COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, on August 16, 2004, the City Council adopted Resolution 4919 adopting the annual
appropriations of the City of Kalispell for fiscal year 2004-2005; and
WHEREAS, in the budget adopted by the City of Kalispell for the 2004-2005 fiscal year, certain
detailed and itemized estimates of expenditures have proven inaccurate in the
operation of said Funds for the 2004-2005 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, at a public hearing held on June 20, 2005, the City Council did consider all
objections made to said budgets.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendments to the 2004-2005 fiscal budget are as follows:
Increasing the appropriations and expenditures for the Building Department
in the amount of $20,200 to fund salaries, overtime and contract services necessary
to provide building inspection services_
Add to line item 2394-437-460445-1.1.0 $2,200; 121- $7,500; 354-$10,500
2. Increasing the appropriations and expenditures for the Tri-City Planning Office to
allow for distribution of the assets to the three cities. The total assets remaining are
estimated to be $187,000 with about $50,000 in liabilities for compensated absences.
