PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None.
OLD BUSINESS: Spring Prairie Phase 3/Kohl's — Hwy 93 N — we are still waiting for a
response to our comments.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Nothing for the September meeting. They plan to do a joint
meeting with Council on some annexation issues. A possible item for the October meeting is The
Armory on Highway 93 North. They are wanting to annex in for water. They will probably have
their application in within the next week.
OTHER REPORTS: Misfits — building on Center Street — Michael Blend's property. Johnson
noted they have two mobile homes with the siding stripped off of them sitting on the dirt lot next to
the building.
