Dear Council Members & Mayor Fisher:
Glacier Investment Properties wanted to write the Council to thank them for voting in
favor of Resolution No. 5506 authorizing TIF funds to be paid to offset our SID
obligations for Lot 7 of Old School Station over the next 10 years.
Hopefully this action by the City of Kalispell will help influence future buyers of lots in
Old School Station.
