Resolution 4952 - Budget Amendment - Aquatics FacilityRESOLUTION NO. 4952 A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, AS SET FORTH IN THE 2004-2005 BUDGET ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. WHEREAS, on August 16, 2004, the City Council adopted Resolution 4919 adopting the annual appropriations of the City of Kalispell for fiscal year 2004-2005; and WHEREAS, in the budget adopted by the City of Kalispell for the 2004-2005 fiscal year, certain detailed and itemized estimates of expenditures have proven inaccurate in the operation of said Funds for the 2004-2005 fiscal year; and WHEREAS, at a public hearing held on December 6, 2004, the City Council did consider all objections made to said budgets. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That amendments to the 2004-2005 fiscal budget are as follows: 1. Increasing the appropriations and expenditures for the General Fund in the amount of $48,000 to provide an operating transfer to Fund 2215 Woodland Aquatics Facility to cover the shortfall remaining at the end of the summer. Add to line item 1000-437-460445-820 expense and 2215-383001 revenue SECTION II. That on December 6, 2004 at 7:00 o'clock P.M., the City Council authorized and directed the Finance Director to increase the appropriations.
