PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: The Planning Board is having an Open House on the Subdivision
Regulations next week. Changes include a text amendment for electronic reader boards.
Conrad may send some information on Goldberg and on Cornerstone over to Public Works.
OTHER REPORTS: The purchase of the Loading Dock is closing on Monday and the intent is to
remodel the building into an Irish Pub.
Auto Zone may also be coming in.
Silverbrook - A developer is looking to purchase a 20 acre tract of lots in the NE corner of
Silverbrook, to be used for an Assisted Living Center.
