Appeal to good manners:
Good manners - Pilots should avoid flying over densely population areas and use alternate airfields if
necessary.
It is socially unacceptable to fly over population centers when other options are available.
The flight patterns published by Stelling Associates brings airplanes nowhere near FHS or 619 Second
Ave. West. (my former residence)
ISSUE #4: LACK OF ENFORCIBILITY — "Hot -heads"
Who is responsible for providing consequences for hothead pilots?
Police arrest reckless drivers, our FBO should ban hotheads.
