Medical marijuana (3)Kalispell City Council Members:
We read the article in the Sunday Interlake about the marijuana
moratorium.. We have been concerned since we first heard about this new
type of businees coming to our city. We have heard nothing about
reugulation or policy.
We believe the Golden Leaf should not operate so close to a school and
public recreation facilities. In fact, the city of Los Angeles has an
ordinance where a businees like Golden Leaf cannot operate within a 1000
feet of any school or public recreation area ... We hope the city
council will pass this emergency ordinance imposing a 90 day moratorium
on the medical marijuana business.
