A RESOLUTION MAKING THE ANNUAL TAX LEVIES FOR THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, NIONTANA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2004-2005.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION L That there is hereby levied upon each and every dollar of the taxable
valuation of the City of Kalispell, Montana, for the fiscal year
2004-2005, the following levies:
GENERAL FUND 130 MILLS
Permissive Levies:
HEALTH INSURANCE 13
G. O. BOND - POOL 12
SUBTOTAL CITY LEVY 155 MILLS
,SECTION II. That there is hereby levied upon each and every dollar of the taxable
valuation of the City of Kalispell, Montana, for the fiscal year 2004-2005, the
levy for the City -County Health Department, said funds to be collected and
administered by Flathead County:
CITY - COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT 5.00 MILLS
Business Improvement District Levy 3.75 MILLS
(plus square footage assessment at .015 sq. ft.)

CITY OF KALISPELL THIS 16TH DAY OF AUGUST, 04.
