HEAR THE PUBLIC: None. PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None. OLD BUSINESS: Mahugh — 264 N Main; Administrative CUP — The Center for Real Estate Building on the northwest corner of Main and Idaho are looking at converting up to four of their office spaces into studio apartments. Only interior changes. They will be putting the stoves and refrigerators back in and may add a sink addition. Wargo has sent the impact fee charges to Sorensen. Buffalo Hills Golf Course - A request for two starter shacks and a maintenance building, all located near the clubhouse on top. It will change where the Cameron Nine begins. Elkins asked how close the sewer hookup is to the Maintenance Building? Public Works will check on this. Fincher stated that Baker needs to sign off on approving the locations and putting the buildings up. Public Works still needs to review the plans. NEW BUSINESS: None. PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: None. OTHER REPORTS: Pizza Hut, 55 N Main St — They are planning to do an interior and exterior remodel. The exterior changes will need to go to Architectural Review. Once plans are received, Sorensen will determine if this will need to go to Site Review. Sykes, 202 - 2nd Avenue West — They have their shell permit. They are putting the remainder of their plans to submit to the Bldg. Dept., and will need to pay the rest of their impact fees in order to get their remainder permit. They have submitted their road reconstruction plans, that includes reconstruction of Second Street. Burnham noted that City Attorney Charlie Harball has not had any response from them regarding their Right of Way Agreement with the City. The meeting was adjourned at 10:15 a.m.
