A RESOLUTION SETTING THE FEES FOR THE WOODLAND AQUATIC PARK.
WHEREAS, the Summer 2004 shall be the first season of use for the newly constructed
Woodland Aquatic Park and the new features of that park; and
WHEREAS, it is the stated intent of the Kalispell City Council that the Kalispell City Parks
Department manage the Woodland Aquatic Park such that the fees generated by the
public use of the park, as nearly as possible, pay the expenses of operating and
maintaining that asset; and
WHEREAS, the Kalispell City Council has examined and studied the pro forma operating
statements for the Woodland Aquatic Park that were prepared by the Kalispell City
Parks Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The fee schedule, attached hereto and incorporated fully herein by this
reference as Exhibit "A", for the use by the public of the Woodland Aquatic
Park shall be and is hereby adopted as the fee schedule for the Summer 2004
season and shall remain in effect until changed by this Council.

THE CITY OF KALISPELL, THIS 17" DAY OF MAY, 2004.
