Subject: Written Notice of Termination of Engineering Contract
Please be advised that this is your official 30 day notification of the termination of the
Engineering Services Contract entered into between the City of Kalispell and Robert Peccia
& Associates, Inc. on January 8, 2001.
Pursuant to FAA requirements, the contract was re -bid and the selection panel selected
another engineering firm to provide engineering services to the Kalispell City Airport in the
City of Kalispell.
Reproducible copies of planning and design drawings and specifications should be sent to the
Airport Manager as soon as possible. Electronic (computer files in AutoCAD v.14) versions
of the Airport Layout Plan set should also be sent to the Airport Manager as soon as possible.
It is expressly understood that all engineering records and reports relating to the above
mentioned contract will be made available to the Kalispell City Airport, or their authorized
representatives during normal business hours.
Thank you for providing engineering services during the course of this contract.
