Statues- of the four statues for downtown one is complete and stored at
the airport. One is in-process but on hold, the others have not been
contracted. I intend to keep this all on hold.
Right now we cannot spend transportation impact fees, assuming the study
is approved, on a parking structure since the parking structure is not
on the project list. To place it on the list would require a study to
determine the impact of the structure on traffic.
