The contact on land acquisition & related issues in the FAA Washington,
D.C. office, after considering the case you have regarding the radio
towers penetrating the air space @ Kalispell City Airport, agrees that
acquisition of the towers only would be plenty sufficient; that there is
no need to condemn the radio station & property. This is with the
understanding that a replacement tower would either be constructed or
money alloted for such purposes as a replacement for the ones to be
removed, as you had discussed in your last phone call to me.
