Budget PreviewsI need to preview the budget presentations we are giving to the council.
Pls place the following on your schedules:
If you are briefing Parks & Rec, Comm Dev, TIF’s, BID, Airport at 7PM
Thursday 4 Jun:
The preview will be 9AM that same day (4 Jun) in the council chambers.
If you are briefing building/planning, fire, police at 7PM Monday 8 Jun:
The preview will be Thursday 4 Jun at 2PM in the council chambers.
Public works- I would like to preview you on Tues 9 Jun you can pick the
time.
Have all your PP slides to Theresa the day before the preview. She will
put them together so they are all on one computer. I will bring the
computer and have it set up.
