It looks like you made your mark-ups on the last year's version - which was meant for the financials only. I sent one with updated text after we talked yesterday.
So what we did was, replace the project cost estimate and airport financials with your figures and then blended your text comments into ours.
Please review again.
You have signed these in the past, which is fine. Jim Greil says he doesn't even care if they are signed.
Anyhow please sign and fax me the signature page only - I can print clean ones for the remainder. If you would rather, you can change the name and have the Interim City Manager sign.
Let me know if there are any changes to this version you would like to see.
