plane infoHi, With the weekend over, I can begin to get prepared for next week and the trip with you to Nashville. Here are my flight reservations: Depart Thursday, September 3rd on flight 2824 (delta but operated by compass airlines) Departs at 2:27pm arriving at Minneapolis at 6:25pm. Depart Minneapolis at 7:50pm on Delta flight 6160 (operated by freedom airlines) arriving in Cincinnati at 10:48pm. Return flights are as follows: Depart from Cincinnati on Monday, September 7th Depart Cincy at 12:25pm on Delta flight 1419 (operated by delta airlines) arriving in Salt Lake City at 2:12pm. Depart Salt Lake on Delta flight 4883 (operated by SkyWest) arriving in Kalispell at 4:47pm. I bought several items tonight. The first credit to be charged to liberty bank account is from a place called Ross and the amount is $43.97. I bought a carryon bag for my next two flights and some shoes I can wear that are not sandals (since the weather will mandate closed toe shoes before I get back to Dayton. The second charge is from Target. I don't have the receipt within reach so you'll just have to check it. I bought hangers, toilet cleaner, and fusion juice. I also used the charge last night at Rausuers (or something like that). It is the grocery store I've been going to lately. J love me; love my lack of detail. My purchase of the evening though was a book at Borders for one dollar! I'm having a bit of difficulty in my feelings with the changes that will be coming to Dayton as a result of Rashad leaving. I've had a few people ask me to come back and, while I know that won't happen, I feel really bad about the tangle they are in. Still, I really like the people here (mostly) and once all the separation is behind us, I still think this is a great place to be. I have not rectified the distance between your parents, my Mom and us. It helps that everyone here is in the same position: having relatives at long distances, and most people have found a way to make things work. I drove around many of the neighborhoods tonight before I bought the hangers. There are a few places I want to follow up on but I still think the East North view loop place is the one that keeps bubbling to the surface. It's hard to keep from knee jerking and wanting to put too high a bid in too fast. But, tonight I saw a new listing for a house on Woodland Avenue that I want to call on tomorrow. Two door down from that is a for rent house that may not be too bad for the time being. I think I'll call on that also. It's been really beautiful weather here. I think by the time you get here, there will be an advance on the late fall but hopefully we'll have a few weeks to explore the Glacier area before winter brings grey skies. I've been invited to three functions on Tuesday night. No problem with a lack of things to do! I have to meet with the police department. The second invitation is from some guy that owns a hanger at the airport and is having an open house there with family and friends. He's from Middletown, OH but has been here many years. I doubt I'll get to his open house. The third invite is from a group that has started to get together once a month to talk about current event issues. It's kind of like a book club but designed to have people just talking about stuff rather than grand standing or debating. I'd like to go just to see who's there and what it's like. Could be a good thing or, just another political platform. I have discovered that the ice from the ice maker does not make whiskey taste very good. I have also discovered that it is bad to wash pantyhose with new towels. The lint from the white towels gets all over the panty hose and cannot be re-washed away! I have just bought a small lint brush to see if I can clean the lint off that way but if you have a chance to bring some of my new panty hose packets with you when you come get me, I'd be most obliged. Speaking of when you come to get me, I'll leave it up to you as to whether you find a hotel prior to picking me up from the airport of is your\'d like to drive a ways first. We could always go to Pat and Sue's but I imagine we might be late in arriving there. It's 9:51 here so you should be in bed with a book on your chest. Guess I'll go do much the same (except being younger, I'll be able to stay much more alert. Hope your night was fun and you found some music that you enjoyed. Just remember to save that last dance for me. Love, Jane
