We took a check shot on the edge of pavement on 6-19-09 and found 0.02'
difference between that and what we gave Todd last year. There is a
designed low point at Station 12+32 on Taxiway E, per sheet C-8, which
is just east of the hangar. We have not taken check shots along the
taxiway and compared them to the plans.

If I read your letter correctly, the easterly site is actually higher
than the proposed drawings on C8. So that isn’t the cause of the
ponding of the water at the taxiway. My main question, and Todd Berg’s
claim, the taxiway settled, did you check that?
