I agree, as soon as the bankruptcy court makes a decision on July 16th,
we should be ready to fill in the blanks. I am working on some land
acquisitions now, the Monk family wants to move on their property ASAP.

Fred,
We would like to help complete the CIP for Kalispell City.
It isn't due until September, so it may be best to see what becomes of
Mr. Stokes in July first. In the meantime, we have a great head start
on the CIP from the recent effort.
Depending on what happens with Stokes, we may want to adjust the timing
of certain items within the CIP.
