This map definitely needs to be a part of the plan. We need to be able
to show the current Urban Renewal Plan (which corresponds with the
current TIF boundary) as well as the new proposed Urban Renewal Plan
boundaries. I want to make sure we have the correct maps in the plan
that Kate has written. I think we need just enough maps to sell our
proposal. Your comments?
