The 12th works for me. The earlier the better. I presented this plan
to the City Council and asked them to accept it and forward it to the
Planning Dept. for review and recommendations. It already has a name,
if you need a copy of the original plan I presented to the Council,
please ask Theresa White or call me and I will get you a copy.

Cookie is working on maps and a property owner list for the area within
the proposed urban renewal plan. I've tentatively scheduled the council
chambers for a public meeting on Wednesday, August 12th. Please let me
know if this day works for you and potential times (5-8pm or 6-9pm).
One last thing, do either of you have any thoughts on what this plan
should be called at least for now?
