Hi,
Attached is the revised urban renewal report. Following is a summary of
changes.
1) Pg. 3 - Added paragraph on Economic Impact Study
2) Pg. 8 - Revised Housing/population stats to reflect change in study
area boundary
3) Pg. 11- Added sentence to paragraph on US 93 corridor on
incompatible land uses
4) Pg. 12 - Expanded section on area between US 93 & Willow Glen to
highlight redevelopment issues
5) Pg. 24 - Added a recommended action ("K") to the list
I still need to have the County GIS Dept. revise the housing condition
map to reflect the new boundary. I'll try to talk to them this week.
