This proposal is acceptable to the City Airport, Please proceed on the
project ASAP. Coordinate your schedule with Jim Pierce at Red Eagle
Aviation. Jim has agreed to mark the pavement for you to immediately
sealcoat the patches where the "Hold Short" lines will be placed.
Advise me when you will start so that I can put in a NOTAM to the FAA
announcing men and equipment on the runway and the taxiway.
