Kalispell City Airport Capital Improvement Plan (CIP)Gents,
Attached is the CIP for Kalispell City Airport.
We have already talked about this one several times, but to summarize we
have shown an EA update in 2010 along with an estimate for tower
mitigation and the first few parcels of land acquisition. This
optimistically uses their available NPE funds ($900,000 with the
Lewistown reciprocation) plus some State Apportionment if it becomes
available.
2011 & 2012 show pure land acquisitions.
2013, 2014 & 2015 show new airport development and reimbursement on the
north end surfacing project.
The Sponsor has not decided yet on whether or not to tag the EA update
onto tower mitigation / land to be able to start on it earlier. I
believe they will wait to see what happens with Mr. Stokes this month
first. They are also out for engineering selection at this time.
