Hi Vince. I have spoken with my underwriter in regards to
insuring your lease/hanger at City Airport. To proceed with this we
will need an actual legal description of the area covered in the lease
(ie: survey or plat), the lease or memorandum of lease to be recorded
and a recorded easement for access to the hanger. Hope this helps.
