The airport is exempt from zoning, but you have included anyone that
needs a building permit, like hangars, must follow this landscaping
ordinance. Could you reword the beginning to say "projects subject to
City Zoning ordinances" or something like that so when they pull
building permits for structures on the airport we don't have to be
concerned about the trees and shrubs that are required around parking
lots, etc.
