RE: complaint on low flying plane (2)Jane: Due to the terrible weather in the afternoon, we had very little flying. I did notice an older twin engine aircraft take off north and turn northeast bound under very low visibility. I didn't recognize the aircraft as it was not one of our based aircraft. However, due to the low visibility the aircraft did not climb into the clouds so his noise level would have been louder than normal. I happened to be going out to the airport from City Hall about that time and saw the aircraft, but could not get an ID. I was just south of City Hall on Main Street at the time. Which would make it close to her neighborhood when I saw it. Unfortunately it was about a 3 to 5 second event, but could have been louder than normal. Fred A.
