We may have a copyright issue with the photo of KCA. I am a little
concerned about using it in a public setting. I don’t think there is
any issue with you having a copy of it in your office or using it
internally (not public) with staff or Council.

We scanned a photo given to me by Jerry Nix who works for Siderious. He
gave to me when I was the one dealing with Nix on the Siderios Parcels.
I don’t know if we had CTA scan it or Amanda. We may want to be
cautious about using this photo since it was not paid for and we do not
have permission to use it in the first place,
