Most refueling operations are a function of the FBO, so I would talk to
some of the FBO's about their insurance policies. Did you ask MMIA if
they would insure your operations? Maybe even ask MACO if they have
insurance through the County. Our FBO uses Western States Insurance for
their coverage.

Subject: Self Serve Av gas
The Ekalaka airport board would like to set up a self serve fuel station
but we keep running in to a road block. "We cannot insure you i.e. the
County, the airport, the fuel station." No one seems to want us. How are
you other small communities out there doing it? Any help would be
greatly appreciated. Sorry about sending this to every one. I did not
know how else to get my question out there to the folks that would know.
