RE: Transfer of Entitlements (5)Jeff: I just talked with Jane and she said to go ahead with the loan to Wolf Point or any others we want to loan to, but make sure we have the proper paperwork on file to collect down the road. We feel we will be in position to move on next year's funding so don't run the Wolf Point thing out to far. Fred A. Leistiko Airport Manager City of Kalispell P.O. Gary Gates suggested they contact Kalispell City Airport. KCA has $150,000 of FY-07 entitlement that you need to loan out otherwise you will lose it. The only issue with a Wolf Point transfer is that they have already committed their reciprocal payment next year. You would not get back the $150,000 until 2012 or later. Please let me know If you want to proceed with the transfer. The L M Clayton Airport is planning on a total reconstruction of our runway and apron this summer. We are looking for airports that do not have a project planned until 2012 and would be interested in loaning L M Clayton Airport some of their entitlements. We will go to bids in March and will have a better idea of the amount of money we will be wanting to transfer after they are opened. If you can help us out with this it would be a big help.
