It seems like Fred is serving as "Airport Development Director" rather than manager. As you may know the airport is unsupervised and this will have to change. We don't really need
a "development director" since common sense dictates that the airport should be getting smaller not larger due to surrounding development. No disrespect to Fred....I would probably
be doing the same thing if I were in his shoes.
Perhaps we can build him a real nice office with windows on the airport property.
