The City of Kalispell has agreed to loan Wolf Point $150,000 of NPEs.
Please have your engineer prepare the transfer agreement and the
reciprocal agreement for the transfer. If you email the transfer
agreement to me, I'll have the City sign it. The City would like a copy
of the signed reciprocal agreement also.

Thanks for taking the time to talk to me today about possible transfer
of entitlement funds.
The L M Clayton Airport is planning on a total reconstruction of our
runway and apron this summer. We are looking for airports that do not
have a project planned until 2012 and would be interested in loaning L M
Clayton Airport some of their entitlements. We will go to bids in March
and will have a better idea of the amount of money we will be wanting to
transfer after they are opened. If you can help us out with this it
