Theresa,
Could you look back in the Council minutes in September or October to
see if there is a record of Council deciding they did not want the
continuation of the smaller river rock to be in the tree lawn? I can't
remember if this was a directive from a Council meeting or was discussed
at a work session but I know it came up since I've been here.
