present a letter to the city in the form of a compilation of member
responses, pro & con. I would volunteer to receive the member reponses
via my hotmail email (namib50@hotmail.com) address or by mail (215 East
Idaho, Kalispell). The responses could be anonomous or not. I would
then compile the responses both pro and con along with some statistical
summary of the response.
It would be irresponsible for us as an organization not to give our
members an opportunity to weigh in as a group.

Subject: Follow up from last board meeting
Here are the minutes, bylaws, board of directors list, and
mission statement. Please look over the minutes as I was talking and
writing and I questioned some of my notes. Any help is appreciated.
Also, the board list does not include all the committees that
our board members participate in. It does list all the board members,
terms and committee chairs.
I did visit with the BID on the issue of the city airport. The
BID felt, and I would agree, that as a group, we represent a larger
group of merchants who may or may not agree with the city airport
expansion. I feel it would be best to issue letters as individuals and
not as a group when we are not sure where our membership stands on this
issue.
We can certainly discuss this further at our next meeting or you
can contact me if you have questions or comments.
