Yes, Jane did ask me to give you a tour of the airport facilities to
show you where the income and expenses are generated so you can prepare
a Capital Plan for the airport. I would suggest you get a copy of the
Revenues and Expenditures from Amy or Rich for as far back as you want
to go. I will point out those income areas and the expenses associated
with the figures. Also, I will show you the deficiencies that exist
currently at the airport to justify our upgrade. Whether that makes a
difference or not in you report will depend on how you present it. I
will fill you in on the future plans under the "Do Nothing" option and
the plans for going forward meeting FAA standards.
I have a meeting with the attorneys on the Diamond Aire litigation at
9:00 A.M. in my City Hall office. As soon as that meeting is concluded,
we can go out to the airport. In the meantime I will drop off some
information for you to look at that might help develop your report.
