I am attaching the revised noise ordinance which incorporates the change
to the airport noise section which I submitted earlier. I know that
there were council members who were very nit-picky about a number of
other sections (e.g., "too many words"), so they'll simply find
something else to complain about. Be that as it may, here it is.
