The final payment on the 2005B bonds will be July 1, 2010. Optional redemption on the 2005A bonds is after January 1, 2013. The debt service was structured so that the annual payments
remain the same, about $180,000 per year. The previous payments of principal were all applied to the 2005B bonds of $555,000. The principal remaining on the 2005A bonds is $1,445,000.
Average coupon is 3.8274255% Final debt service payment is July 1, 2020.

Can the Series 2005A bonds of $1,445,000 for the airport be fully redeemed at any time? Is there a penalty for early redemption, and if so, how much?
Will the Series 2005B bonds be fully paid by July 1, 2010?
