having maintenance responsibility? Then I can give that to the
Stillwater HOA when I respond to their inquiries so they can address

As I understand this the City has agreed to the maintenance clause
required by the state. What the City agrees to in this case is the
maintenance as it relates to the repair and/or replacement of the
sidewalk. The daily maintenance, as in all our rights of way, is the
responsibility of the abutting property owner who, in this case is
either DNRC or Glacier High School. I had asked staff to get in touch
with these entities to remind them of the need to provide the daily
maintenance and will follow up with them to see what has transpired.

Hi Jane-
Can you find out why Wolfpack Way is not complete? The Stillwater HOA
was asking and I said I'd follow up. Also, are we prepared to agree that
the city has maintenance responsubility for the sidewalk out there per
the terms of the MDOT contract? They want answers and its been a few
months so I'd like to get back to them on that. If there is a developer
agreement that trumps the MDOT contract, I'd like to see it. Otherwise
the MDOT contract appears to clearly designate maintenance
responsibility to us...unfortunately.

Tammi,
As an FYI, I'm scheduled to meet with Doug and Judy Wise on Friday
morning just to say hi and give them a general update of events around
the airport.
The Monk's called this morning and want to meet so I made an appointment
for next week. I will plan to provide the same information to them as I
do to the Wise's.
