What do you mean by "CAP seasonal employees"? Currently I hire one
part-time college student to mow, weed whack, weed spray and do odd jobs
for me. He normally works half days. The big mowing (largest area) I
do myself using a leased tractor (valued at around $85,000) from Triple
W Equipment. The mower I use is a 10' wide brush hog. This is not a
piece of equipment you allow anyone to use. The seasonal employee I
supervise uses equipment like our 15 HP John Deere riding mower, our gas
engine power weed whacker, and back pack weed sprayer, etc. The CAP
(Civil Air Patrol) are normally high school cadets we wouldn't want to
turn loose with this equipment because of the liability involved.
